Before rendering tax-preparation services, A.Y.Bassam & Co. LL provides California clients with the disclosures required by applicable law, including the preparer's name, address, telephone number, evidence of bond compliance where required, and the website address of the California Tax Education Council (ctec.org).

LLP treats client information as confidential and does not disclose client information without authorization, except where required by law or as otherwise permitted under applicable professional rules. If confidential client information may be disclosed to persons or entities outside the United States in connection with services provided, A.Y.Bassam & Co.
